Executive Library Director
Bob Pasicznyuk has served as Executive Library Director at Douglas County Libraries since 2014. Prior to joining DCL, Bob worked for libraries in Colorado, Iowa, Texas, California, and Illinois, concentrating on the interface of technology and library service, as well as key rebuilding projects. Most recently, Bob led DCL’s $60M capital improvement plan for new and remodeled libraries across Douglas County. Bob holds master’s degrees from the University of North Texas and Missouri State University.

Amber DeBerry joined Douglas County Libraries in May of 2011. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations for The Wildlife Experience and in the marketing department of the Denver Zoological Foundation. She has a B.S. in Journalism with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Over the years, she has been a member of various marketing and foundation committees. At Douglas County Libraries, Amber oversees Community Engagement, District Programming, and the Douglas County Libraries Foundation.

Patti Owen-DeLay has rejoined Douglas County Libraries after an absence of seven years. During her absence she became a Professional Certified Coach and led coach training programs in the United States and Canada. Recently, she returned to libraries, working for Arapahoe Library District. Back at Douglas County Libraries, she is again Executive Administrator.

Jill Corrente

Jill Corrente joined Douglas County Libraries in March 2020. Previously, she was the Director of Technology and Innovation for Arapahoe Libraries. She has a Master's in Library Science from Southern Connecticut State University and more than 20 years of experience with public libraries. At Douglas County Libraries, Jill oversees the Technology, Facilities, Collection, and Human Resources teams.

Casie Cook joined Douglas County Libraries in January 2023. She is a CPA with 16 years of experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, leadership, accounting, and systems with for-profit organizations. Casie earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is a collaborative, hands-on, and results-oriented executive.

Director of Customer Experience
Amy Fischer joined Douglas County Libraries in 2016 serving in various leadership roles. Previously, she worked in the private sector as a corporate archivist and in corporate communications for Fortune 500 companies. She is a certified archivist with a Bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of Michigan.
